Patient walking with minimal support at 2 weeks after surgery
Immediate postoperative full knee range and good stability checked on table
Patient walking independently within 24 hours of surgery
A 28 years male, presented with stiff elbow and discharging sinus since 2 years with only a jog of elbow movement possible.
On table full elbow movement after thorough debridement, elbow arthrotomy and capsular release.
Histopathology and GeneXpert reports were suggestive of Elbow tuberculosis, and patient started on AKT regimen.
Patient had painful limping gait and was planned for miniopen L5-S1 discectomy.
Patient walking painfree within 24 hours of spine surgery.
Patient resuming work and routine activities within 2 weeks of surgery.
